Orders & payment

This website does not process payments. Orders are initiated by sending a message to our team on WhatsApp and are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched. We accept payment by bank transfer or USDT.

Bundles

Bundle prices apply to the combination of kits listed in that bundle, ordered together. The “separately” figure shown with each bundle is the sum of the current list prices of the kits it contains.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day when payment is received before 2pm, with next-day delivery within the UK. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors. We are not liable for delays once goods have left our warehouse.

Refund policy

We offer a return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, provided they are unused, sealed and in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products, items that require refrigeration or have been opened are not returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
